Not only do we ship all packages received before 3:00 PM New Zealand Time the SAME DAY, we guarantee you will receive your order.

If for any reason, you do not receive your order, we will send it again. Whether it is lost in the mail, held up at customs, or delivered to the wrong house, we will send again if you do not receive your package.

If you are not 100% percent satisfied with your purchase, you may return you order for 100% refund. Refund will be offered for all reasons including defective products, wrong quantity, wrong item shipped and/or freight damage, but NOT for failing to read our Terms & Conditions. (At least 95% of order must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of product.)

We can only sell to those over the age of 18. These products are best taken with a large glass of fruit juice or water. Try and consume approx. 600ml water or juice per hour. Do not mix with alcohol, medicines or other drugs. Do not take if sleep is desired in the next 6-8 hours. Do not exceed recommended dosage. These products are not suitable for those under 18, pregnant or breast-feeding women. Anyone suffering from any mental or physical health condition should seek professional medical advice before use.
